BUSINESS & FINANCIAL MATTERS
BUSINESS MARKETING

In any business situation, it is extremely important to develop a marketing plan for the business.  Developing a strategy on how you will market your products and services to potential customers is important to business success.  A marketing strategy includes: the company's value proposition, key brand messaging, data on target customer demographics, and services or products provided to meet the needs of multiple customers.  Marketing strategists usually follow the five P's when developing a marketing plan: Place, Price, Product, Packaging, and Promotion.  Place is the location where you will market your product and/or services.  Price is the valuation of the cost for the product and/or services that must be competitive.  Product is what you will offer to customers to help meet their needs.  Packaging is the way in which you present a visually appealing product or service through packaging.  Promotion is how/what strategy you will use to promote your products and/or services to attract potential customers and how you will retain current customers.

There are all sorts of ways to market your products and services, through newspaper ads, Google Adwords, YouTube ads, website banner ads, magazines, networking events, vendor events, word-of-mouth, radio ads, billboard ads, television ads, email ad campaigns, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and social media digital marketing.  Before you choose an area to market your products and/or services, make sure that the area you choose to market aligns with the demographic audience that you are trying to reach.  The Love Exquisite Magazine has marketing opportunities at cost-effective, affordable prices (as you can see on the "Advertise" page of this magazine).

Using catch phrases can be a good way to attract customers, brand your business, and make customers remember your brand name.  A good marketing strategy will align the marketing strategy to business goals, connect your marketing efforts to business objectives, and test products and services needs with target audience to determine what marketing strategy works best and if the products and services help meet the needs of the customers.

An effective marketing strategy can help grow the number of customers you attract, thereby increasing revenue, referrals, and reputation.
