Tracy Alston is a native of Philadelphia, raised in the West Park Housing Projects and later moved to the Wynnefield area, where he and his two siblings thrived.  Tracy worked as a Computer Operator and Network Support Engineer and in 2008, he started his exploration into entrepreneurship.  His love for music and entertainment launched him into being one of the founding partners of Philly Hott Radio, which was founded in 2012.  Philly Hott Radio is a 24/7 online radio station that hosts several different radio shows.
Tracy is hands-on with making sure the radio show runs smoothly and has been instrumental in helping to hire and train radio personnel on the use of technology tools needed to run an effective show.
 

Tracy is a dapper, distinguished gentleman with many talents.  He puts effort into everything that he does, especially his always coordinated attire.  He likes to look and feel good and takes pride in his fashion trends.  He enjoys helping others as well.  Tracy helped raise, support, and put two children through college; both earned college degrees.  He has either been a partner or co-owner of several business ventures which includes: N.Finiti Records LLC, All Things Philly LLC, Smooth As Silk Mobile Detail LLC, Downtown Hott Radio, Spiritual Vibe Radio, and is currently the Head of Operations at Live and Direct Media Group LLC. 

 

Tracy is knowledgeable and well connected to the entertainment industry.  His faith, family, fight and passion are what motivates him to continue to do great things.  When I asked him what drives him to fulfill his purpose he states, “I was raised by a very strong, loving and nurturing mother who taught me to believe at a very young age, that my reach should always exceed my grasp, and to never give up fighting for a better life.  And, to always provide for and protect my family," which is excellent advice.  Tracy’s favorite quote is, “There is no such thing as good money or bad money. There is just money.” - Charles Lucky Luciano
