TIPS
Reducing the Appearance of Hooded Eyelids
For people with hooded eyelids, the best way to reduce the appearance of them is to focus on making the eyelashes more noticeable with volume mascara or fake eyelashes. You can use an eyelash curler before applying mascara to help achieve the look of longer lashes.
Then, apply mascara to your top and bottom lashes for fuller lashes.
Next, use a primer to cover your eyelids and apply a concealer to your eyelids and cover up any under eye bags. The
Concealer should be at least one shade lighter than your normal skin tone.
Another good tip is to apply a shimmer highlighter below the brows to help uplift and open up your eyes. You can also apply it to the top line of your eyebrow, starting at the arch of your brow, then stroking towards the end of your brow. Apply liquid eyeliner to the top of your eyelid near your eyelashes. Apply sparingly and add an upward line at the end of your eyes to open them up.
When picking your eyeshadow colors, remember that the colors should compliment the colors in your outfit, as well as your skin tone. Add a dot of shimmer eyeshadow (silver tone or gold tone) in the inner corner of your eyes (near the top of your nose) to make your eyes pop. And, if you wear liner on your bottom lashes, use a pencil instead of a liquid liner.

"IN THE CARDS"
Pisces
The last few months have required you to be a bit more compassionate. Keep in mind that even through compassion, you still have to remain wise in your decisions about helping others. Do what you can from the heart, when you can. Do not over extend yourself or your resources. It is okay to be fearful, so make sure that you do not get used. Some people will misinterpret your kindness as a weakness.
Aries
You started the year off with much enthusiasm, but some obstacles have caused you to lose some of it. Don’t get impatient with the process, good things take time. Stay determined to achieve your goals. Your recent mood swings, could cost you to lose important people around you that could help you get to your next level, so try not to take your frustrations out on others.
