NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!

As we start a new year, it is time to reflect over your life and where you want to be.  Are you already there?  If not, it is okay, you can always begin again.  As long as you are alive, you can always begin again.  This is a new year, lets start it off right and focus on a new you!  Welcome to your new beginning...

Life is not always easy, and we are not always where we want to be, doing what we want to do, or enjoying every moment of our lives.  Everything that we encounter in life is to prepare us for what's next.  This is a new year to reflect over the things you should have accomplished but didn't, in effort to start anew, doing what you need to do to get to your next step.  This will require you to take that next step.  Do not get stuck in your experiences so much that you allow them to make you start doubting yourself, others, or the power of God.  What is for you, is for you and no one or nothing can change that.  A delay is not a deny. Timing is everything and when you are ready, your steps will align with your purpose, to help you achieve your goals just the way that you are supposed to.  Take the next step towards your goals.  Don't beat yourself up for what didn't happen or didn't work out the way you had planned in 2019 or prior.  This is a new year, the year of 2020, the year to start over, the year to start anew, the year for fresh eyes.  Starting fresh can be scary, but it is what is required to move forward to your destiny.  It is a new year to become a new you.

In life, we want things to be easy, but there are somethings that we have to work hard for.  Any goal that we want in life, we should be willing to work hard to achieve, otherwise we have to ask ourselves how bad do we really want it?  You can turn your life around for the better today.  It's 2020, so stay in the now, stay in the new year and live everyday forward like it is your last.  In this day and time, we do not know when our last day on earth will be.  Both the young and the old die and if you are age 50 or over, you are in the fourth quarter of your life.  What are you doing with your life?  Just like a football game or basketball game, you cannot wait until the fourth quarter to play the game well, you have to play the game well in all four quarters.  We have to take life more seriously if we want to win in the end.  So, I challenge you today to reflect over your life and ask yourself what do you honestly want out of life and what are you going to do to get there?  Take the steps.  It is a new year to become a new you!  Cheers to Good Health and Well-Being! Happy New Year!  Welcome to 2020!
