LETTING GO
Sometimes, letting go is not an easy thing to do. Yet, there are times when letting go is the best gift that you can give to yourself. We can get stuck in a place of comfort and familiarity of people and things. This immobilization keeps us in a comfort zone, afraid of the unknown and prevents us from moving forward, despite how unhappy we might be in that space. We have to know that it is okay to let go of what you need to let go of. When you are in a place where it substract from you more than it adds value to you, a place where the land has dried up and nothing can grow there, no matter how much you water the land, a place where love no longer reside, or a mental place in your mind of memories from your past that you hold there uselessly, it is time to let go
Hold on to what you need to hold on to and let go of what you need to let go of. Everything and everyone cannot go with you to your next level in life. So, stop carrying the weight of what is weighing you down. Even the strongest man cannot carry everything. When you let the weight of others weigh you down, it is difficult for you to accomplish your own personal goals and carry your own weight.
Ask yourself, What do You have to let go of? Who do You have to let go of? It is okay to let go. Don't stay stagnant and crippled by your past. Don't hold onto anything or anyone who doesn't bring joy into your life. Let go of things and people who make you feel depressed, angry, unworthy, unwanted or unloved. Let Go and get your Joy back. Reclaim your life and your positive mental state. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you, not the worst of you. Get rid of things that bring you down, so that you don't lose your self dignity. Let go of what you need to let go of. Life will go on. When you let go, don't be afraid, because you will be fine. Letting go is saying goodbye to misery and saying hello to peace and happiness. Reclaim your peace and happiness. Sometimes, it is okay to let go. Evaluate what and who is impacting your life in a negative way. Then, You have to decide, What and Who you need to let go of.
