CONFIDENCE

I heard a Word last month that inspired me to write this article about confidence; not self-confidence, but the confidence that God has in those who He blesses with many talents and gifts.  Even when we do not believe in ourselves, God believes in us.  Gods’ confidence in us is so great that He entrusts us with His gifts.  The worst thing that we can do when we are blessed with Gods’ talents and gifts, is to not share those talents and gifts with others.

Because, God has confidence in us, we should have confidence in ourselves and our abilities enough to share our God given talents.  Everyone has something that he/she is great at doing.  Those things or that thing is/are your talent(s) and gift(s).  Don’t be one of those people who die without ever sharing your gifts and talents with others.  God doesn’t give talents and gifts to you for nothing.  He expects you to do something beneficial with them.

Find confidence in knowing, that God will not give you something that He cannot trust you with.  We are given gifts and talents to utilize them, not to keep them to ourselves.  Utilize your gifts and talents in a positive way.  There are people out there who just might be empowered, inspired, and blessed by you sharing your talents and gifts that it motivates them to share their gifts and talents as well.  Or, it could be in God’s plan that you might be the missing link that connects them to the right opportunity and if you are not in the position of utilizing your gifts accordingly, others could miss out on opportunities to share their gifts and talents.

Be confident in knowing that if God trust you with His gifts and talents, have confidence in yourself to utilize them effectively.  If God gives talents and gifts to you, He will make provision for you to carry out those things for your good, but to His Glory.
