So many lives were lost last month. Prayers for all of the innocent victims who lost their lives in the horrific incidents that occurred last month. The senseless gun violence has to stop. Stop this war! Get the help you need before it is too late.

Our condolences go out to everyone who lost a loved one this year.

Tips to help reduce puffy eyes

As we age and/or sleep less, we can develop puffy eyes. To reduce puffy eyes below are some tips to try.

-Apply tea bags underneath the eyes after soaking them in cold water and leave them on your closed eyes for 15-20 minutes.

-Apply a cold compress to your eyes.

-Use a steam pot to clear out your sinuses. Use an antihistamine, like Claritin.

-Perform a facial massage with a cold metal facial roller.

-Apply retinol cream and a good moisturizer with Hyaluronic acid.

-Limit salt intake.

-Get enough sleep at night, at least 8 hours.

-Wear sunscreen daily to protect your skin from harmful UV-rays.
