Life After Loss

Loss of any kind is not always easy to deal with. In our humanness, we must allow ourselves the same time, grace, and space that we give to others to work towards healing and recovery. It is okay to not always be, okay. It is Not okay, to stay that way. When someone we care about dies, or when we lose something valuable to us, we do not have to “die” with them/it. There is life after loss.

There are some things that we do not have control over. Things happen in life to everyone. You are not the only person that experiences some type of loss, at some point in life. None of us are immune to the trials and tribulations
