TEAM WORK

In business, it can be quite a challenge to do everything without a good team around you.  When you start any business, it is important to have a good support system and people that you can trust around you.  You and your team should have an all in approach to business, so that all of you can work together to achieve a collective goal.  You don't always get the support from your friends and family, so it is important to build a broader support system that extend beyond your family and friends.  One of the things that you will learn in business is that you have to be coachable.  You have to know when to ask for help and make sure that you are building a team that is not adding more work to your workload, because you are "picking up their slack."  

Teamwork means that everyone works together to ensure that the business is successful and the mission of the business is achieved successfully.  You also have to show that you appreciate a hardworking team and not feel guilty about letting people go, who do not work well as a part of the team.  Teamwork is not only about showing up to work, it is about doing the work required for the business and whatever it takes to keep the business running efficiently and effectively.  Teamwork truly does make the dream work, so make sure you have the right people on your team.
