Eriq Sabin
This month, we honor and celebrate, Comedian and Chef, Eriq Sabin, in the October 2023 issue of the Love Exquisite Magazine. Eriq Sabin, Philadelphia native, is currently taking his love for cooking to palatable levels. His tastebud tantalizing dishes are as delicious as they look on Instagram, and have opened opportunities for him to audition for reality chef shows like Top Chef, Favorite Chef, and Desert Wars. As a recently converted Vegan, Eriq, has been able to substitute plant based options into his most delectable meat based dishes. He is famous for his delicious signature dish, Crab E. Wings.
The multi-talented Sabin is also an accomplished comedian and actor appearing in several productions by, Pennowl Productions and Rick Watson Productions. He also has acting roles in several films such as: "Easy Hustle," "Reunion," "Mama Knows A lot Grandma Knows Everything," "Miles Handy, " "Showdown in an American Jungle," "Freedom to Susquehanna," and "Trap Queens," to name a few.
Although, Eriq's culinary skills alone could sustain him, it brings him the most joy to bring laughter to the hearts of the people. He is CEO and Founder of "Bring Em' Out Entertainment," which promotes top billing comedians and comedy shows. Eriq has played multiple comedy houses in New York City, (The Broadway, Greenwich Village, and Dangerfield's Comedy Club). He can be seen regularly in the DMV at the DC Productions Music Hall and Comedy Club as an All-Star Comedian, making the audience laugh with his hilarious impersonations of Bill Cosby, Bernie Mac, and other numerous characters and dialects.
Eriq is currently working on completing and publishing a cookbook, where he will share his expertise on creating the best, healthy comfort foods, as well as easy to prepare soulful vegan dishes. He is hardworking and dedicated to his craft. Eriq takes pride in everything that he does. Stay tuned for his cookbook.
