In this month's 57th issue of the Love Exquisite Magazine, we honor and celebrate, God.  Thanking Him for the gift of His Holy Spirit and Word!  Thank you, Lord!  Thank you, Jesus!

No matter what you call Him...Yahweh, Savior, Deliverer, Healer, Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Provider, Protector, Way maker, Miracle Worker, Light in the Darkness, Promise Keeper, or Heavenly Father, He is worthy to be praised and to always be held in high regard.  Despite what you have been through or what experience you might have with people in the Church, do not turn away from God.  People in the church are HUMAN and not without fault or flaws.  However, If you believe in Him, continue to believe in Him and in His Word, and do not let people keep you away from fellowship and assembling in a Bible based church.

 

Remember, even the Bible states, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye, and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" (Matthew 7:2)

Yes, the Bible was written by man, over and over again and can be misinterpreted, which could be why some people doubt His existence.  However, if you focus more on having a relationship with God, rather than practicing religion, you will get a better understanding of who God and Jesus is in your own life.  Each relationship is unique and personal, no matter what you call Him.  To explain the existence of God, the Bible states, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.  In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not." (John I: 1-5)  Perhaps, it could be why in our darkness moments some people turn away from God, but turn back towards Him when are health is failing, or our lives are falling apart; He's the first person we call on, and get upset with Him if we believe He isn't resolving our issues fast enough.

I believe that when we die, all of us will find out the truth about the God and Jesus. To explain the existence of Jesus, the Bible states, "This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about.  His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.  But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, 'Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.'

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet, 'The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel,' (which means “God with us”) - (Matthew I:18-22).

I am not trying to convince or convert you.  I am merely stating what I believe and what is written, as well as acknowledging and giving THANKS to God for ALL that He has done for me, and for choosing me as a vessel to continue to share love, wisdom, empowerment, and inspiration each month in this free online magazine publication. 

 

"At the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:10-11).  Sometimes, He has to break you down for some people to bow and confess.  Don't be one of those people, because trust me, it is quite painful.  Do the research for yourself and open your heart and mind to getting to know Him personally (beyond religion).

 

We, at the Love Exquisite Magazine, Love and Thank You, God!  You are Our Everything!  As we just celebrated Resurrection Sunday, I remember you and the sacrifice of Jesus and just wanted to take this time again to say, THANK YOU!  I know I don't say it enough.  I am thankful and couldn't live life without you.  You can't make me doubt Him, I know too much about Him.  I don't know about You, but He has brought me from a mighty long way.  And, as cliche' as that might sound, it is my Truth.
