In the May 2023 issue of the Love Exquisite Magazine, we celebrate, honor, and feature, Gloria Jackson.  Gloria is a wife, mother, author, and the Creator/Founder of Mind Your Grace (MYG).  MYG is a self-care and wellness journey/community based business in Philadelphia, PA. MYG's mission is to encourage, uplift, and empower women and men to become the best version of themselves through proper self-care. Gloria wholeheartedly believes that self-care is the answer to helping everyone cope with daily/life stressors, in a better way.  She believes that self-care helps to ensure that we are able to navigate the many intricacies of life in a more healthy way.  When asked why is self-care so important, Gloria's response is, "Simply put, when our self-care is on point, the mind, body, and soul are also on point."
