This month, we honor and celebrate first time authors, Tristan and Trace Simmons from Philadelphia, PA.  Tristan and Trace are the sons of mother, Shawn Simmons.  The talented boys attend a private school in Montgomery County.  Tristan and Trace are brothers who are avid sports fans.  Both have either played musical instruments, engaged in acting, baseball, soccer, basketball, or ran track, with competitive spirits.  Tristan's favorite subject in school is Math and Trace's favorite subject in school is Science.

When asked what inspired them to want to write a book, both shared their passion for playing and watching basketball and having aspirations of making it to play in the NBA, quite similar to the goals of their oldest brother, Namir.  All of them have been playing sports at a young age, and enjoy playing with friends.  They also enjoy playing video games as well.

At the age of four, Tristan was diagnosed with Leukemia, and thanks to the awesome Dr.'s at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, he is in remission.  Nothing stops this dynamic duo from persevering.  They are both active in school. Tristan and Trace co-authored a three-part trilogy titled, The Star Player, which is a book about basketball, teamwork, and the importance of practicing good sportsmanship.  Part I of the trilogy will be available soon.   On March 12th, at 7pm EDT/EST, make sure you tune in to the Real Recognize Real Talk Radio Show livestreaming from RRTALKRADIO on Facebook Watch page to see Tristan and Trace discuss their book and how you can purchase, The Star Player.

It is with great pleasure that we honor, celebrate, and support, these young, first time authors, Tristan and Trace Simmons in the March 2024 issue of the Online Love Exquisite Magazine.  I love and am so proud of my God children, and wish them nothing but the best in love and in life.  Please make sure all of you purchase a copy of their book, the Star Player, by calling the number on the photo.
