THE GIFT OF LIFE

The gift of life is so precious.  Your life is a blessing that should be taken seriously.  We should cherish every second that we get to live on earth.  There are some people who did not wake up this morning.  You should live your life as happy as you can be, even if your life is not all that you hoped for.  You do not get time back, so each moment that you dwell on what you don't have, you take away the joy of what you do have.

Life is truly a gift.  If you think it is not, try to change your perspective by focusing on the positive things in life and not compare yourself to anyone else.  Try not to be depressed because prolonged depression usually leads to suicidal thoughts.  You might think you want what someone else has, if you are not where you want to be in life and even think that someone with riches doesn't have a right to want to take their life nor have a right to be depressed, and that many people would love to have what they have or that it is a slap in the face to God to be rich and still be depressed.  However, we are all human and no one is immune to the trials and tribulations of life.  You have no idea what other people go through on a daily basis to get to where they want to be or to maintain what they have.  Live life the best way that you can with whatever you have.

Living life looks different for each individual person.  Some may feel like they are living when they are accomplishing goals and dreams, while others might feel that they are living when they get to travel the world, and others might say that they are living when spending time with family.   Whatever makes you feel alive, do more of that as long as it is not harmful to anyone else or yourself.  Appreciate each moment no matter what you do.

We have to appreciate life.  We have to appreciate the people in our lives.  We have to appreciate all that we have and thank God in spite of what we don't have. Life is truly a gift, don't take it for granted.  Live.
