Skin Care

Taking care of your skin is important.  Using a gentle, fragrance-free, non-abrasive body cleansing product, with good moisturizing and hydration, is a good way to start taking care of your skin.

We also have to keep in mind that, you are what you eat.  What you put in your body can also affect your skin.  Foods high in fat, sodium, and grease can cause acne.  Drinking enough water can help hydrate the skin, as well as the body.

Before you think about covering up acne with make-up, you should first treat what is causing the acne problem.  Oily, dirty skin can produce acne, and if not treated properly, the acne can cause scarring or black spots.  A good cleansing body wash can help.  You can use a body wash that includes vitamin C, aloe, and hyaluronic acid to help keep your skin refreshed, smooth and clean.  Always apply a good moisturizing lotion to the skin after each wash to avoid dry skin and wrinkles.

Don't just cover up what you believe are your "flaws" with make-up; instead treat your skin like it is the most important part of your body.

You can shop for a good moisturizer and facial and body cleanser at

"IN THE CARDS"

Aquarius

Applaud yourself for starting your resolution off right.  Although, some challenges might come to get you off course, make sure that you remember your end goal and keep working towards getting there.  No distractions.

Pisces

Time for reflection. You went into the situation with the right intentions and that had nothing to do with the outcome.  There is no need to forgive yourself or beat yourself up for doing what's right.  When you do what is right, and it is never good enough for other people, this taught you the valuable lesson that the right thing will always turn out wrong, when you do those things for the wrong person who does not appreciate you.  Stay true to who you are, stick to your morals, and move on to someone deserving of all you have to offer.
